Shipping Address

 

Each order can be delivered to a single address as selected during checkout.

If you would like items shipped to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking ID.

Use this ID to check the real-time status of your shipment.

 

How to Track

Click the tracking link provided in your email and enter your Order ID to view the estimated delivery date and live updates.

(Tracking becomes active only after your order has been dispatched.)

 

Order Invoice

Every package is shipped with an official TecMarx invoice.

A digital copy is also sent to your registered email address.

 

GST Information

 

Please note:

GST invoices are issued only for B2B (corporate) orders placed on the TecMarx website.

B2C customers are not eligible for GST invoices.

Kindly review this before completing your purchase. TecMarx will not be responsible for any misunderstanding or misuse of this policy.

 

Delivery Timeline

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of purchase.

 

During festivals, sales, or exceptional situations, dispatch may take up to 3 or more working days.

 

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.

Minor delays may occur, but we always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Please note:

 

COD availability varies by pin code. Check availability at checkout using the “Check Cash On Delivery Availability” option.

 

Prepaid orders may receive priority shipping or exclusive discounts.

 

Order Cancellation

 

To cancel your order before it has been dispatched:

Delayed Delivery

 

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, you may request cancellation.

A full refund will be issued within 14 days.

For orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

TecMarx is not liable for delays caused by banks, national holidays, or unavoidable natural events.

 

Return & Replacement Policy

TecMarx does not accept returns once a product has been delivered and opened.

 

Replacement for Technical Issues

 

If your product develops a technical issue:

 

Submit a replacement request within 7 days of delivery.

 

A replacement will be arranged after physical inspection.

 

If no issue is detected, the same unit will be returned to you.

 

Replacements Within Warranty

 

If a request is raised after 7 days but within the warranty period:

 

The product will be replaced with an equivalent condition unit after testing.

 

If the same variant/color is unavailable, a product of equivalent value will be provided.

 

Warranty coverage continues from the original purchase date.

 

Damaged / Wrong Product / Missing Accessories

Important Notices

Tampered Packaging

 

If the package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it.

 

Wrong Product Policy

 

A product is considered “wrong” only if it is completely different from what you ordered.

 

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

Differences in look or feel
